    I dedicate this book to my mother Helen L, McVea for her untiring support. Without John this project might never have happened.

    I have been engaged in intensive research for the past 6 months. It has been the most exciting and rewarding experience, as thousands of data from years past fall into alignment. The outcome of this research validates every single sub-product and product that we have created. This outcome fits my definition of coming full circle, elegant product evolution and an all-time high.

     This new technical manifestation marks what I believe is the completion of a lifelong dream. Not that there won't be more refinements; it is rather that the project is now free to further refine and complete itself through the assistance of research associates like yourself!

     The project I am referring to is how to take the Life Energy Amplifier (“LEA”) Bliss technology to the next level, making it affordable, convenient, always accessible with minimum customer downtime or none, no learning curve stress, a maximum of designer energy choices, no equipment schlepping, pay-as-you-go rather then a large up-front hit, clearing electronic smog, a brainless take-it-with you energy-clearing field effect, etc.  The key question now is how to make the bliss easily available for energy clearing, stress release, rejuvenation and environmental revitalization to millions of people much as Tesla wanted electricity to be. See if you can discover some key possibilities and applications from the clues provided.  At Oxygen Research Institute LLC (ORI) we enjoy our customers the most. We like working with vendors, insurance companies and shipping the least. We desire a minimum of shipping, no repairs, no financial leaps of faith on the customer’s part, being able to offer a very wide choice of designer energy formulas, available all at one time, for a very low cost. We value quality time with our customers the most.

     I have always wanted to make the best energy system available on the planet, price no object. If the cost was millions of dollars then so be it. I have always wanted the full blown energetic transformation and rejuvenation package. I am getting older. I knew that the money would come for it when the technology had manifested.

A SHORT RETIREMENT

     I wanted to design one last instrument, the one for “the me of my wildest dreams.” I also wanted my friends to have it in some easily accessible manner. I wanted it to be able to give them a choice of hundreds of designer energy fields at will. I wanted to mix and match my own custom programs. I wanted one formula for each special occasion. I wanted to experience one or more formulations for:

• Stress release

• Sexual enhancement

• Creativity

• Meditation

• Lucid dreaming

• Manifestation

• Recreation

• Spiritual transformation

• Clearing electronic smog

• Living water

• Charging a hot tub or pool

• Altered states and drug addiction release

• Releasing dark forces or suppressive or oppressive people

• and relationships

• Releasing conflict energy or problems

• Forgiveness for those I have harmed or who/which have harmed me

• Creating world peace!

     I wanted the delivery system to be portable, easy, cheap and effortlessly manageable. This mission statement sounded so impossible when I wrote it a few years ago, I went into instant joy followed by massive overwhelm. This highly prized experience would have to be more useful than psychedelic drugs, more thorough than my experiences in India with Punja Ji, more expansive than my best adventure vacation, cheaper and less toxic than 60s psychedelics and much easier to use than a cell phone. It also needs to be based on time-proven metaphysical and mainstream scientific law. Sounds like the ultimate rejuvenation/smartpill.  This system of my dreams would pass airline inspections with no problem, be legal, safe with no possible harm, almost unbreakable, result in long term spiritual transformation and be a mind blowing concept and at the very least a good screenplay, all the while being a technical first. People just hearing of the concept would get high and feel deep joy!  I was stumped for a few years. I spent time energy clearing and deepening my active and passive meditation.  I re-read old tech materials. I talked with many of our research associates about this dream.  It came to me that I would need to complete my relationship with ORI and go for fulltime research. I would need to detach from ORI which took so much of my time and attention. It often looked like I would retire and spend the rest of my life pursuing this goal. I might not even make it!

     Bummer! This ultimate dream soon became so predominant that all I could do was to surrender to it. All I could do was to make space and time for it in my life, releasing everything and everyone that would hold it back. I spent a year without knowing it, doing just that! The dream at times seemed like the nightmare. It appeared at times that I might have to go to Costa Rica or Mexico or return to beautiful Thailand to silence the noise that distracted me.  I would also have to tone down my overhead and channel my living expenses into a research budget.  Privacy, silence and focused attention became the watchwords.  Interruptions stole valuable research attention units.  I chose to live my life solely and totally for this research.  I thought I might have to spend years going to conferences again.  Wherever I would go, where I could be to myself sailing, hiking, dancing, swimming, reading, biking, etc., I would meditate on this breakthrough—see it, hear it and feel it.

     For those of you who have heard this story by phone or e-mail please excuse the repetition.  I put it to hard copy here to make sure that all our readers know the important role that this energy computer was to play in our research line. 

     It was a dark and stormy night…and…I inherited a special computer developed in Germany from a doctor friend who gave it to me and then passed away. I took it that I was his heir apparent. It came without much instruction. It was something like a most creative LEA in that it could amplify energy fields. It was unlike the LEA in that it could hold in memory any digital or analog energy field from any substance. This doctor colleague made many of its chips and coils by hand! It must have cost a fortune to develop.  Let your imagination go wild here. I loaded in many substances such as herbs, minerals, drugs, gemstones, energy from pictures, colors, frequencies, shamanic compounds, noble gasses, energetic remedies, sacred geometry, energy from sounds, etc.  It was this computer that ultimately, sometime later, interfaced with the recording studio council that generated our last set of ten High Chi ChiBliss.  I knew that there was way more to do with this device but all I could think of was making more CDs or being in a designer chi energy rock band. I knew its capacity far exceeded the limits of my imagination.  It was something I needed to grow into.

     I used the current High Chi 5D Sound CDs, Atlantis HighLife, VisionQuest, InnerQuest, lasers, and ChiBliss to keep releasing the notion or pattern that this breakthrough was “impossible.” I even went back to radionics (procedures requiring a device to send coded or symbolic energy broadcasts at a distance) for a short time, broadcasting rates (energy balancing codes) to myself to release the block but quickly found no betterment with this procedure. The old radionic broadcast equipment was very operator dependent with little or no help from the device itself. It took a good psychic back then to
make a good radionic practitioner. (More on this later, stay tuned.)

     I also knew that this breakthrough would revolutionize all our past supplement products and LEA
instrumentation. There was just no other game in town. (More on this later.) My research started
sounding like—not this, not this, no, not this. I said no to most every past energy delivery system I had known. I looked at every current psychotronic product or service on the market that interested me. I
tried everything from Sanctuary to hyperbaric oxygen…Holograms with Vince, Sound Therapy with Paul, Vibrations with sensitive Brenda, etc. Nothing that I tried came even close to my most exalted needs. A two-hour massage I confess did fit some of the bill but it was not portable, not cheap in the US or available 24 hours per day in every country including outer space. It also took too much time out of my life to receive it.

LASER POWER

To keep you readers in a somewhat linear time frame, I had earlier designed a laser that would output red 640 nanometers (nms), infrared and far infrared. It could be modulated to output the energy signatures of our energized CDs. It worked very well but the downside was high cost and it would need to be sold only by prescription because of its high power level. Less power meant much less result. Dr. Pat Flanagan contributed some valuable demos, information and personal time to this development. His big green monster laser inspired me at Burning Man where we enjoyed his hospitality and creative space. Thanks Pat, Steph and Laser Randy.   Special FIR Laser

     I should also mention that we did finalize a small handheld laser, battery powered, legal and safe to sell. When you shine it on a small round crystal and carry it in a fanny pack the batteries seems to last about a week. Clients have mentioned the peacefulness that they felt. For me I got a little too stoned one day with it and lost my sunglasses but found them again in a most miraculous manner. The little laser did only one program,granted, but it was a most useful basic cellular vitality attunement program (the frequency for the healthy cell) the one for all seasons so to speak. Thank you, Freddie.

    It seemed that we were getting closer. The handheld laser also did great things for the skin and processed minor injury energy blocks, thus assisting healing. Still I was holding out for my dream of “less complication and more versatility etc.” Though I must admit that when you carry this laser in a fanny pack or pocket it does have a Special FIR Laser 7 noticeable effect upon stress and it does help to de-ding you from a day’s worth of knocks. Indeed a valuable energy system for just $999.

CALL OFF THE SEARCH

I finally had to call an end, at least temporarily, to this search, as it was ruining my relationships. I was becoming more obsessed and depressed by the day. I became totally dissatisfied with most everything around.  I even built a system for a client named Raymond based on research by a German group developing the best of the best. While this tachyon gridded system seemed to fulfill many of the requirements, I had access to it only for a few days, not long enough to really test it thoroughly. The energy was wonderful but the price was equally high and it had no portability. It was a breakthrough system for stationary use in a restaurant, club, conference room, meditation center etc. Thank you Raymond. Chi Bliss

      A second break came, thanks again to Raymond. Raymond was involved with a processing group in whose procedures I was thoroughly trained in the late 60s and very early 70s. The program was intensive, rigorous and thorough in many ways. It was also very authoritarian and limiting. It became cultish and excessive—with many “completes” feeling overcharged and under-released. The promised result was once again elusive for many. Raymond’s goal was to achieve a seemingly impossible result “enlightenment/psychic mastery”—just like the goal I had suppressed due to its seeming impossibility and my own sense of failure. Raymond rekindled my search for the Holy Grail of processes. He lovingly reminded me of my abandoned quest. Thank you, Raymond!

FREQUENCIES REVISITED

I found many spinoff research groups that had felt the same as I did about this same processing group’s results. They had worked many years to find frequencies that could release upsets, problems, communication blocks, traumatic incidents, thwarted goals, dark forces etc. After all, Rife had discovered frequencies that broke apart bacteria and viruses. Why not blow apart or release stuck and frozen chi from traumatic incidents?

     I found their research to be stimulating at first but after much application, I discovered that it worked best on already high-energy people who had much eclectic occult and psychological knowledge.
(By “occult” I mean knowledge of the hidden or unseen, not devil worship or human sacrifice as some misunderstand the word.)

     Still, the use of certain frequencies to release various stress patterns was a good postulate. It was a step outside of the box. It could potentially save many thousands of hours of processing time since many participants in this earlier group spent up to 5,000 hours processing out their stressful issues and incidents, ultimately costing them many hundred of thousands of dollars. It could also save years and years of training and subsequent frustration.

     Still I tried and re-tried this frequency technology but could not get much further. I put these frequencies on tape, CD and video. I had already gone through this organization’s processing program in depth and knew it to be a great beginning but with no end in sight. Not even with second sight (joke).

ALONG CAME JOHN

     Last October—my power month, because of Halloween in San Francisco of course—I reconnected with John-The Dowser-Civitan. I had first met John when he had purchased some of our LEA systems and sent me many research reports of his work including photos. He was trained as a field weapons dowser for munitions in the Army in 1959 and had continued his dowsing practice ever since. Master
dowser, researcher and author,Wayne Cook, whose research at Stanford University was groundbreaking, also later trained John. John served as a consultant to clients who wanted to upgrade the results of their products. John dowsed herbal formulations—oftentimes arriving at the same combination through dowsing as did the master herbalist.

     At first I thought John might be a kook. His straight ahead focus seemed to border on addiction or mania. But as I got to know him and his work, I witnessed dedication that I had rarely seen.  A San Franciscan, John, The Dowser Extraordinaire, had badly injured his foot on the job and now had nothing to do but stare at the ceiling and visualize his dream. His dream like Raymond’s and mine was lofty. Raymond focused like a demon also, excluding a social life and many other “distractions.” John was the same way; he ate, slept and breathed subtle energy. 

     Dowser Wayne Cook also trained both John and I back in the mid-70s. Wayne was instrumental in opening up my consciousness to dowsing. His pioneer research and groundbreaking books and videos helped launch many a subtle energy research project. Wanda Cook, his wife, now continues his research.  When John got in touch with us at ORI, he announced that he was fully committed, hurt foot and all, to finding some answers for us regarding subtle energy and so a most rewarding research consultant/client relationship began.  I have researched and trained with many gifted psychics, Werner Erhard, L. Ron Hubbard, Bandler and Grinder, and many nameless confidential clients and practitioners with many eclectic skills.  John’s vibrational dowsing was, in short, the best and most accurate feedback I have known. His scientific, make-the-research-prove-itto-me approach, was not all fuzzy.  He would often have friends hide numbers and mandalas in his apartment and he would dowse by the number for them, attaining very high success rates. With one such drill he found 18 out of 19 hidden energy links.

     Some of you know that I am a former dowser myself and I used to teach radionics for research purposes. I quit dowsing when I quit radionics, after much frustration and loss. Dowsing, radionics, pyramids, and crystals all got lumped together 20 years ago in my “makes no difference category.”

THE CHI CHIP

     John’s foot injury led him to seek out a healing device from China that holds the healing energy of a chi master in a computer chip. John used this device along with our LEA and light therapy with much success. In fact it was his ongoing raves about this Chinese chi device, along with his ideas for more workable modifications of it, that caught my attention. It was out of this research and John’s consulting help that I developed the ChiBliss system. John’s hundreds of hours of using this chi system encouraged ORI to build one that used Chi Gong masters’ energy on CDs rather than on computer chips. This gave the chi/CD process much needed versatility; we ended up with ten CD-chi formulations rather than just one. I ended up using CDs embedded with healing chi from other Chi Gong masters along with special vital remedies as a much fuller energy formula. We also specked out a much larger transducer and an input plate that gave it a much wider range of abilities or features.

      The idea of including an input plate was a success with the VisionQuest / InnerQuest systems. It was John’s precise dowsing that forged the way to the ChiBliss and CD manifestation. My days with John centered on my bringing him every energy device I could find for his dowsing and energy analysis. Not only did I get an inside track on our LEA systems but also it rekindled my interest in dowsing. John’s dowsing skills showed me all the right past directions I had “assumed” with the Life Energy Amplifiers. It also showed me all the wrong directions I could have gone. I had intuitively, through much focus and intention, managed to think and feel through most of it on my own. John’s energetic checking and questioning validated my earlier knowing. It also showed me how much faster he was with dowsing and getting many of my same answers but in record time. John has more dowsing equipment than a stray cat has fleas. He uses pendulums, L-rods, Lecher antenna, wands, and bioenergy software, just to name a few. All these measuring devices demonstrate, among other indications, which stimuli expand the energy body and which stifle it.

     Some major validations I got from John’s testing were how sensitive the input plates are on the VisionQuest / InnerQuest and ChiBliss. The second was that it also increased my learning curve on my German energy computer. I suddenly had a testing method to double check my German computer’s accuracy.  After accelerating my dowsing skills, I then dowsed and muscle tested why the frequencies of the above-described psychological process technology did not work well for releasing stressful patterning. After much introspection two points came to light. It was at this exact same time that John through his own research came up with the same viewpoint  First – The frequencies represented “something” or X factor in relationship to stressful patterning. The frequency was chosen to release or dis-create the stressful holding pattern in the body’s energetic field. It was designed to cause the incident or feeling to release. In homeopathy, broadcasting a 180-degree out of phase, reverse wave or reverse vector wave, would cause the negative pattern to drop to zero or baseline. It would be like bringing two magnets of the opposite polarity together to bring both poles to zero potential. It would be like canceling out the stress or emotional charge.

     But frequency is only one parameter of a much greater wholeness. The second breakthrough explains it. Second – Frequencies, no matter how correctly dowsed or otherwise researched and developed to cancel or release another waveform, are essentially dead or lifeless. They have no vitality; they lack life force. One important factor about the LEA is that the noble gasses, magnetic and far infrared fields do generate life force or at least a waveform very close to the wavelength of intention or life energy itself. It does indeed clear and amplify life energy!
